Age Limit: 25–40 Years
Monthly Salary: Rs. 120,000/-

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum qualification: Post RN or Generic BSN (16 years of education) from a university/institution recognized by the Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC).
Valid PNC License with full entries of professional qualification.
At least 3 years post-degree experience in teaching or clinical practice in public/autonomous/semi-government or reputable private healthcare/nursing institutions.
Preference will be given to candidates holding additional credentials such as MSN, MSPH, MPH, or MHPE.

Job Responsibilities:

Deliver lectures and practical training to nursing students.
Design and update curriculum content to align with national standards.
Contribute to departmental research activities and academic development.
Participate in student evaluation, mentorship, and administrative duties.

Duration & Employment Terms:

Full-time contractual basis governed by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reform Act 2015 (as amended).
