Overview

Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), a leading public-sector power distribution company, is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified HR Consultants. The selected consultant will be responsible for developing a Human Resource Policy for Employment on Lump Sum Pay Package.

Job Title

HR Consultant – Human Resource Policy Development (Lump Sum Pay Package Employment)

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements

  • Must be a reputable HR Consultant or firm.
  • Demonstrated and proven expertise in developing HR policies, especially related to lump sum pay employment packages.
  • Experience in government/public sector HR frameworks will be highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) methodology and Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure under Federal PPRA Rules is essential.
