Job Description:

The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, management, and operational oversight of the Federal Government Pensions Fund Management Company. The CEO will lead the development and implementation of robust investment strategies, ensuring the sustainable growth and security of the pension funds for government employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and managing the company’s organizational structure and operational framework.
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive business plan to achieve the company’s objectives.
  • Overseeing the investment portfolio, risk management, and financial performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and corporate governance standards.
