Job Description:

Honda North is seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Sales Manager and Assistant Sales Manager. The selected individuals will be responsible for managing automotive sales operations, building customer relationships, and leading the sales team in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of automotive sales experience, preferably at a 3S dealership
Bachelor’s degree (minimum qualification)
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates should demonstrate a proven track record in automotive sales and team leadership. Prior experience with branded automobile dealerships is highly desirable.
