The Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP) is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from qualified and experienced professionals for the following project-based vacancies:

1.Deputy Director (Procurement & Contracts) – PICIIP

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 45 years
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • 16 years of education in Procurement & Management, Business Contracts, Finance, Law, Civil/Environmental Engineering, or a related field (preferably foreign qualified).
    • Minimum 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
    • 3 years in similar projects preferred.
    • Strong communication and data analysis skills required.

2.Assistant Director (Environments) – PRF-PUDP

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 40 years
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • 16 years of education in Environmental Sciences or relevant field.
    • At least 2 years of experience in environmental safeguards or related areas.

3.Project Development Specialist – DREAMS-I

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 55 years
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Graduate or preferably postgraduate degree in Civil, Environmental, Urban Development, City & Regional Planning, or related engineering fields.
    • Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects, especially in water and sanitation in the urban sector.
    • Project management certifications will be an advantage.

4.Legal Reforms & Compliance Expert – DREAMS-I

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 50 years
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Graduate or postgraduate degree in Social Sciences, Law, Urban Governance, or related field.
    • At least 5 years of experience (2–3 years in urban governance/municipal sector required).
    • Experience in legal reforms, compliance, and capacity building in the public sector preferred.
    • Strong understanding of local laws, policies, and regulations.
