Jhang Gymkhana Club is seeking dynamic and experienced professionals to join its team. We are currently accepting applications for multiple positions across our management, culinary, and service departments. Job Descriptions & Key Responsibilities

We have openings for several key roles, each with a unique set of responsibilities:

  • General Manager: The General Manager will oversee all club operations, including membership, finance, and staff management. Key responsibilities include leading the team, ensuring operational efficiency, developing strategies for club growth, and maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Food Manager: The Food Manager will be responsible for the kitchen and restaurant operations. This includes menu planning, staff training, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, inventory management, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Assistant Chef, Outlet Incharge, BBQ Chef, & Cook: These culinary roles are essential for delivering high-quality food to our members. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adherence to recipes and standards. The Assistant Chef will support the head chef, while the Outlet Incharge will oversee daily operations of a specific food outlet.
  • Service Staff: Positions like Waiter, Order Taker, Food Picker, Dishwasher, and Bar Boy are critical for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and assisting in general operations.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

  • General Manager:
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5-10 years of senior management experience in hospitality, clubs, or food/resort operations.
    • Age: 35-55 years.
    • Skills: Leadership, team management, financial oversight, and IT skills.
  • Food Manager:
    • Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or Food Sciences.
    • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
    • Age: 35-55 years.
    • Skills: Expertise in food safety and hygiene, menu planning, and staff supervision.
  • Assistant Chef & Outlet Incharge:
    • Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent degree for the Assistant Chef; Bachelor’s degree for the Outlet Incharge.
    • Experience: 3-4 years for the Assistant Chef; 2-3 years for the Outlet Incharge.
    • Age: 30-45 years for both.
  • Cooks & Service Staff:
    • Qualification: Varies from Matric to Intermediate, depending on the position.
    • Experience: Ranges from 1 to 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Age: Generally between 25-55 years, depending on the specific role.
