Punjab Intermediate Cities Improvement Investment Program (PICIIP), under the Local Government and Community Development Department (LG&CDD), invites applications for multiple positions under its various projects. The positions are contract-based and offer market-based salaries as approved in the PC-I of the program.

1. Deputy Director (Procurement & Contracts) – PICIIP

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 55 years
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Minimum 16 years of education in Procurement & Management, Business, Law, Engineering, or relevant fields (preferably foreign qualified).
    • At least 5 years’ experience in procurement/contracts in public/private sectors.
    • 3 years’ experience in similar roles.
    • Excellent communication, analytical, IT, and handling skills.

2. Assistant Director (Environment) – PICIIP-PRF/PUDP

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 50 years
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • 16 years of education in Environmental Sciences or a related field.
    • Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience in environmental safeguards or related projects.

3. Project Development Specialist – DREAMS-I

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 55 years
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or relevant field (Master’s preferred).
    • At least 7 years of work experience in project development with public sector or donor agencies.
    • Preference given to those with urban infrastructure planning and execution experience.

4. Legal Reforms & Compliance Expert – DREAMS-I

  • No. of Posts: 01
  • Max Age: 50 years
  • Qualifications & Experience:
    • Postgraduate degree in Law, Governance, or related field.
    • At least 3 years of relevant experience in legal reform, municipal services, public policy, and contract law.
    • Experience in donor-funded projects preferred.
