Job Description

We are recruiting for a variety of roles, including both management and technical positions. Successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing and executing the daily operations of our sugar mill, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to safety standards. Depending on the role, responsibilities will include:

For Engineers: Managing and supervising teams, optimizing production processes, troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our advanced machinery.
For Technicians and Operators: Operating, maintaining, and repairing specialized equipment, monitoring process parameters, and ensuring all tasks are performed with a high degree of precision and safety.
For all roles: Contributing to a safe and productive work environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and upholding the company’s commitment to quality.

Requirements & Eligibility Criteria

Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in the Sugar, Cement, or Fertilizer industry is mandatory for all positions.
Education: Applicants for engineering positions must hold a B.Sc. in the relevant field. Other technical roles require a diploma in the relevant discipline (DAE).
Nationality: All applicants must be Pakistani nationals.
