The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) is seeking a dynamic and visionary professional for the position of Head of Human Resources based in Karachi. The role will report to the COO / Secretary and be a critical part of driving the Institute’s strategic HR direction and global HR standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with ICAP’s strategic goals.
Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management.
Champion employee engagement, diversity, and wellbeing.
Implement HR technologies and data-driven decision-making.
Advise leadership on workforce trends and strategic planning.
Ensure legal compliance and ethical HR practices.

Required Education, Experience & Skills

Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. CA Finalist is preferred.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience.
Experience in professional services, education, or regulatory bodies is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HRIS, analytics, and global HR trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
