The Section Officer (Admin), Irrigation Department, Government of Balochistan invites applications for the position of Project Director on a contract basis for the Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project (BWRDSP).

Position Details

Job Title: Project Director
Appointment Authority: Section Officer (Admin), Irrigation Department, Government of Balochistan
Mode of Appointment: Contract appointment for one year (renewable annually based on satisfactory performance and project needs)
Pay Package: Pay Scale 19 + 55% of the Government of Pakistan Finance Division Regulations, dated 18-04-2022
Age Limit: Minimum 35 years and maximum 62 years

Qualification & Experience

Registered Professional Engineer (PE) with Pakistan Engineering Council registration.
Minimum 12 years of experience in water resources, relevant fields, and senior management.
Proven experience in Project Management, Implementation, and Monitoring of Pakistan Water Sector Development Projects.
Preference will be given to candidates with prior relevant project experience.

Terms of Reference (ToR)

The Project Director will be responsible for the successful execution and management of the Balochistan Water Resources Development Sector Project (BWRDSP). They will report directly to the Project Steering Committee and collaborate closely with provincial and federal stakeholders.
