Job Description:

Cantt Public Girls High School, Bahawalpur, is seeking a dynamic and qualified female Principal to lead and manage the academic and administrative functions of the institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high educational standards, implementing modern teaching methodologies, and fostering a disciplined and inclusive school environment.

Requirements:

Ph.D./M.Phil./Master’s degree in Education or School Administration/Educational Leadership (preferably).
Degree must be from an HEC-recognized institution with a minimum of 2.5 CGPA or 60% marks.
Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role (preferably as Principal or Vice Principal).
Age limit: 40–55 years.
