Eligibility Criteria
Education:
- Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Business or relevant certifications such as AIBP or JAIBP.
Experience:
- Minimum one year of relevant banking experience.
Age Limit:
- Maximum 28 years as of the date of submission of the application.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage new clients to expand the Bank’s lending portfolio.
- Execute client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Promote various financing products such as Working Capital and Trade Finance.
- Conduct credit analysis, prepare financing proposals, and manage credit risks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client performance and contribute to the Bank’s overall KPIs.
Required Skills
- In-depth understanding of SME financing, credit lending, and trade finance.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and credit processing.
- Strong command of MS Office and related databases.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
