Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Minimum Graduation from a recognized local or international institution.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a Master’s degree in Business or relevant certifications such as AIBP or JAIBP.

Experience:

Minimum one year of relevant banking experience.

Age Limit:

Maximum 28 years as of the date of submission of the application.

Key Responsibilities

Acquire and manage new clients to expand the Bank’s lending portfolio.
Execute client acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Promote various financing products such as Working Capital and Trade Finance.
Conduct credit analysis, prepare financing proposals, and manage credit risks.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor client performance and contribute to the Bank’s overall KPIs.

Required Skills

In-depth understanding of SME financing, credit lending, and trade finance.
Familiarity with banking regulations and credit processing.
Strong command of MS Office and related databases.
Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
