Job Description:
A reputable hydel power plant near the Army Electricity House in Katlang, District Mardan, is hiring Assistant Hydel Power Plant Operators. This role begins with a three-month internship aimed at training candidates in the technical and operational aspects of running a small-scale hydropower facility. Selected candidates will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems, turbine operations, and energy production. Upon successful completion, qualified candidates will be offered permanent employment with enhanced compensation.

Eligibility Criteria:

Only candidates from District Mardan are eligible.
Candidates must have at least three years of education or experience in electrical technology.
Preference will be given to technically sound candidates with relevant diplomas.
Must be willing to work in shift rotations, including night shifts.
Physically and mentally fit for operational duties in the power sector.
