Job Description:
A reputable hydel power plant near the Army Electricity House in Katlang, District Mardan, is hiring Assistant Hydel Power Plant Operators. This role begins with a three-month internship aimed at training candidates in the technical and operational aspects of running a small-scale hydropower facility. Selected candidates will work under the supervision of experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in electrical systems, turbine operations, and energy production. Upon successful completion, qualified candidates will be offered permanent employment with enhanced compensation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only candidates from District Mardan are eligible.
- Candidates must have at least three years of education or experience in electrical technology.
- Preference will be given to technically sound candidates with relevant diplomas.
- Must be willing to work in shift rotations, including night shifts.
- Physically and mentally fit for operational duties in the power sector.
