The Walled City of Lahore Authority (WCLA) invites applications from experienced and registered companies to manage and operate the public toilet/washroom facilities at Lahore Fort and Hazuri Bagh.
Submission Deadline:
Interested parties are required to submit financial bids by 13th August 2025 at 11:00 AM.
Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Information may be obtained from the undersigned during office hours.
Contract Terms and Conditions / Required Documents:
- Valid Company Registration and NTN Certificate.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
- Call deposit of Rs. 50,000/- (refundable) in favour of Lahore Fort Proceeds Fund.
- The contract period is one year, extendable upon satisfactory performance.
- Toilet usage charges to the public will be Rs. 20/- per person.
- Contractor will be responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the toilet facilities.
- All toiletries and supplies will be provided by the contractor.
- Washroom cleaning duty lists/rosters must be placed outside each washroom.
- No fixture may be removed or installed without written permission.
- No sub-contracting is allowed. WCLA reserves the right to cancel the contract in such cases.
- Contractor’s janitorial staff will be registered with Lahore Fort management and must wear proper uniforms.
