Open Positions and Requirements:

AGM Business Development

  • Minimum BSc in Civil Engineering with Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 20+ years’ experience in construction business development and client relations.

Manager Business Development

  • BSc in Civil Engineering with Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in construction industry business development.

AGM Projects

  • BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects.
  • 20+ years’ experience managing large-scale construction projects.

Project Manager

  • BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • 12+ years’ experience managing medium to large-scale construction projects.

Construction Manager

  • 15+ years’ experience in managing on-site construction activities.
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Projects Coordinator

  • BSc in Civil Engineering; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in project coordination, reporting, and site monitoring.
  • Must be willing to travel frequently.

Sr. QS (Costing, Budgeting, and Proposal)

  • 15+ years’ experience in contracts, proposals, cost controls, and budgeting for construction projects.
  • Cost estimation and ability to prepare competitive, cost-effective bid proposals.

Sr. QS (Billing)

  • 15+ years’ experience in quantity surveying with a focus on billing.
  • Proven expertise in client billing, subcontractor billing, and progress measurements.

QA/QC Laboratory Manager

  • BSc in Civil Engineering.
  • 5–7 years’ experience in QA/QC for construction materials and site testing.
