Job Description:

The Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Budgam, under the Skill Development Department of Jammu & Kashmir UT, invites applications from eligible candidates for engagement as Guest Instructors. These positions are offered on a temporary basis for the academic session 2025–26. Guest Instructors will be responsible for delivering theoretical and practical training to trainees enrolled in various trades at ITI Budgam.

Trades & Qualifications:

1. Electrician

Essential Qualification:
- B.Voc/Degree in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions with 1 year of relevant experience, OR
- Diploma in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics Engineering from AICTE-recognized institutions with 2 years of experience, OR
- NTC/NAC in Electrician trade with 3 years of experience.

2. Electronic Mechanic

Essential Qualification:
- B.Voc/Degree in Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication/Electronics & Instrumentation from AICTE/UGC recognized institutions with 1 year of experience, OR
- Diploma in relevant field with 2 years of experience, OR
- NTC/NAC in Electronic Mechanic trade with 3 years of experience.

3. Employability Skills

Essential Qualification:
- MBA or BBA with 2 years of experience, OR
- Graduate in Sociology/Social Work with 2 years of experience, OR
- Graduate with 2 years of experience and a certificate in Employability Skills from DGT, OR
- NTC/NAC with 3 years of experience and a certificate in Employability Skills from DGT.

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must be domiciled in Jammu & Kashmir UT.
Must meet the qualification and experience criteria as specified for each trade.
Preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience and relevant certifications.
