Job Description
REDAMCO, a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the role of Senior Manager – Estate & Business Development. This strategic position is responsible for overseeing estate management operations and driving business development initiatives to optimize asset utilization and revenue generation.
The ideal candidate will lead planning, execution, and monitoring of estate-related projects, including leasing, development, and marketing of railway-owned properties. The role demands strong leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement to align commercial goals with public sector governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement estate management strategies
- Identify and pursue business development opportunities
- Manage leasing, licensing, and property utilization
- Coordinate with government and private stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership
Eligibility Criteria
- Maximum age limit: 50 years
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Business Administration, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related fields
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in estate management, business development, or public-private partnerships
- Strong understanding of property laws, commercial leasing, and urban development practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills

- Familiarity with government procedures and public sector operations
