Academic Qualification

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in:

Human Resource Management/Administration
Public Administration
Business Administration
Law
Or any related field from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Professional Experience

Applicants should possess:

7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of:
- HR strategies and practices
- Talent acquisition and retention
- Performance management systems
- Data analysis and HR metrics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Government HR rules and procedures (e.g., Civil Servants Act, ESTA Code, etc.).
A background in handling 360-degree performance evaluation frameworks is preferred.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be expected to:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs in line with CCP’s mission and objectives.
Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training processes.
Ensure the organization complies with employment laws and internal policies.
Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
Administer employee benefits, payroll, and HR software systems.
Support the development and implementation of succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
Ensure HR operations align with regulatory standards and support audits and inspections.
Stay updated with latest trends in HR, regulatory changes, and propose improvements accordingly.

General Terms and Conditions

The appointment will be on a two-year contract, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
Salary and benefits will be market-based, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
