Academic Qualification
Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in:
- Human Resource Management/Administration
- Public Administration
- Business Administration
- Law
- Or any related field from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Professional Experience
Applicants should possess:
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of:
- HR strategies and practices
- Talent acquisition and retention
- Performance management systems
- Data analysis and HR metrics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Government HR rules and procedures (e.g., Civil Servants Act, ESTA Code, etc.).
- A background in handling 360-degree performance evaluation frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be expected to:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and SOPs in line with CCP’s mission and objectives.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training processes.
- Ensure the organization complies with employment laws and internal policies.
- Promote employee engagement, retention, and a positive workplace culture.
- Administer employee benefits, payroll, and HR software systems.
- Support the development and implementation of succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Ensure HR operations align with regulatory standards and support audits and inspections.
- Stay updated with latest trends in HR, regulatory changes, and propose improvements accordingly.
General Terms and Conditions
- The appointment will be on a two-year contract, extendable based on satisfactory performance.
- Salary and benefits will be market-based, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
