Army Public School & College (APS&C) Thal Cantt is inviting applications from qualified, motivated, and experienced individuals to fill the position of Principal for its Academic Campus on a contractual basis. The initial contract will be for two years, with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Position Overview

  • Position Title: Principal
  • Location: APS&C Thal Cantt
  • Employment Type: 2-Year Contract (Extendable)
  • Salary Package: Rs. 150,000/- per month + Accommodation
  • Gender: Male / Female
  • Age Limit: 35 to 55 years
  • Fitness Requirement: Medically and physically fit
  • Nationality: Only Pakistani nationals with no dual nationality are eligible

Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum Qualification: Master’s Degree (from HEC recognized university)
  • Preferred: M.Phil or Ph.D.

Eligibility Criteria & Experience

Applicants must meet the following professional requirements:

  • Experience:
    • 8 to 10 years of teaching or administrative experience in a reputable school/college.
    • Must have held positions such as Principal, Vice Principal, or a similar leadership role.
  • Additional Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong academic leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication (written & spoken) skills.
    • High proficiency in ICT and modern educational tools.
    • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with APSACS system, including curriculum, assessment methods, and school operations.
    • Proven experience in managing educational institutions.
    • Background in teacher training, academic planning, and student discipline is highly desirable.
    • Must be capable of handling curriculum development, student affairs, and school administration effectively.
