The Federal College of Education, under the Ministry of Federal Education & Professional Training (MoFE&PT), Islamabad, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) inviting sealed proposals for the outsourcing of services through Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure.
Scope of Services Required
The Federal College of Education is seeking reputable service providers/firms to provide the following staff on an outsourced basis:

Who Can Apply
The RFP is open to:
- Active Tax Payers (ATL-listed) with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
- Firms/companies registered with:
- GST/NTN numbers
- AGPR Vendor Numbers
- Experienced in providing outsourced staffing services.

Note:
- Proposals received after the deadline will not be entertained.
- Only hard copy proposals will be accepted.
- Electronic proposals are not allowed unless submitted through PPRA/E-PADS platform.
