Available Positions and Requirements

Management Positions:

  • Manager Complaint Cell (01 Post):
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration/PR.
    • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the relevant field, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Must have experience in public sector or municipal services.
    • Age: 30-45 years.
  • Manager HR & Admin (01 Post):
    • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s (14 years of education) degree. Preference will be given to those with a Master’s degree in HR/Social Sciences.
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the field of HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Experience in a well-established public/private organization is an advantage.
    • Age: 30-45 years.

Executive and Administrative Roles:

  • Complaint Redressal Executive (20 Posts):
    • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s (14 years of education) degree.
    • Experience: Minimum 16 years of field experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role. Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus.
    • Age: 20-35 years.
  • Admin Executive (02 Posts):
    • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s (14 years of education) degree.
    • Experience: At least one year of admin experience is preferred.
    • Age: 20-35 years.
  • Fleet Executive (01 Post):
    • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s (14 years of education) degree.
    • Experience: At least one year of experience in fleet/logistics management.
    • Age: 20-35 years.
  • HR Executive (02 Posts):
    • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s (14 years of education) degree.
    • Experience: At least one year of HR Generalist experience is required.
    • Age: 20-35 years.
  • Archive Executive (01 Post):
    • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s (14 years of education) degree in Library/Information Science, Political Science, History, or Social Sciences.
    • Experience: At least one year of HR Generalist experience is required.
    • Age: 20-35 years.
  • Receptionist (Female) (01 Post):
    • Qualification: 1-12 years of education. An additional receptionist or office administration certificate is a plus.
    • Experience: At least one year of experience as a receptionist or front desk officer.
    • Age: 20-30 years.

Finance and Audit Roles:

  • Manager Finance & Account (01 Post):
    • Qualification: CA/ICMA/ACCA/MBA Finance.
    • Experience: At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts from an HEC-recognized university.
    • Age: 30-45 years.
  • AM Accounts & Finance (01 Post):
    • Qualification: CA/ICMA/ACCA/MBA Finance.
    • Experience: At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
    • Age: 25-35 years.
  • Accounts Executive (01 Post):
    • Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s (14 years of education) degree.
    • Experience: At least one year of experience in the public sector will be preferred.
    • Age: 20-35 years.
  • AM Internal Audit (01 Post):
    • Qualification: CA Intern/MBA/M. Com (16 years of education).
    • Experience: At least 3 years of Internal Audit in a Public/Private organization.
    • Age: 25-35 years.
