Sindh IT Company (SITC) is a Government of Sindh initiative under the Department of Information Science & Technology, established to modernize governance, improve service delivery, and promote transparency through the use of digital technologies. SITC invites applications from qualified professionals for the following positions

Available Positions and Qualifications:

1. Architect (Tech Lead)

Bachelor’s in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
Proven leadership experience in designing and building scalable digital platforms

2. Manager IT & Admin

Bachelor’s in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; preference for Master’s degree holders
6 years of experience in managing IT infrastructure and administrative operations
Knowledge of procurement and vendor management

3. Senior QA Engineer

Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
At least 4 years of experience in QA/testing of digital platforms
Expertise in writing and executing test cases and automation testing tools

4. Senior DevOps Engineer

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines
Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git

5. Senior Developers

Bachelor’s in Software Engineering, CS, or related field
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software development
Strong skills in front-end or back-end development frameworks

6. Product Designer

Bachelor’s in Design, HCI, or related discipline
3+ years of UI/UX design experience
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with a strong design portfolio

7. Product Manager

Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred
5+ years of product management experience
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver user-focused solutions

8. Citizen Support Specialist

Bachelor’s in Communications, Public Administration, or relevant field
At least 3 years of experience in customer service or citizen engagement
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
