Job Description:

The Psychologist will be a key member of our student support services team. The primary responsibilities of this role include:

Providing psychological counseling and guidance to students facing academic, personal, or social challenges.
Conducting psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
Developing and implementing mental health programs and workshops for students and staff.
Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administration to create a supportive environment for student development.
Maintaining confidential records and documentation of all counseling sessions and interventions.
Addressing and managing student behavioral issues and providing appropriate interventions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Qualification: Master of Science (MS) in Psychology from a recognized university.
Experience:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a psychologist in a renowned educational institution or other organizations that work with adolescent students.
- Proven experience in providing counseling and support to young people.
Skills:
- Must be proficient in English and have strong computer skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with students, staff, and parents.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to student care.
