Pakistan International Airlines is expanding its operations and seeking highly talented and energetic professionals for the position of Cadet Pilot. Eligible candidates must meet the following criteria:

Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • Minimum Intermediate (1st Division / B Grade) or equivalent from a recognized institution.

Professional Qualification:

  • Valid CPL/IR
  • ICAO ELP Level 4 (as required by Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority)

Flying Experience:

  • Minimum of 200 flying hours

Age Limit:

  • Maximum 35 years as of the last date of submission of the application

Medical:

  • As per Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority standards

Terms of Contract:

  • Initial contract of 2 years (extendable based on performance and company requirements)

Selection Procedure

  • Eligible candidates will undergo a computer-based test (CBT) conducted by an independent Testing Agency.
  • Candidates scoring 70% or more in the CBT will proceed to the next stages: Flying Aptitude Test, Interview, Medical, etc.
  • Final selection will be based on the entire recruitment process. Only successful candidates will be informed.
  • All quotas as per law will be observed (provincial/regional and others).

Salary Package

  • A monthly stipend will be offered during the training period.
  • Upon successful completion of training and the first productive flight, a competitive salary package will be provided.
  • Note: Employment is subject to a training bond of USD 15,000 (or equivalent on a prorated basis) for two years from the date of the first productive flight.
