A leading technical and engineering company based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi is seeking a competent, talented, and results-driven professional to fill the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on a contract basis for a period of 2 years (extendable based on performance).

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership for business development, technology management, and financial operations.
Oversee the company’s operational and performance goals.
Ensure sustainable growth and implementation of long-term business strategies.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria

Education:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration/Engineering/Management or related fields)
Experience:
- Minimum of 20 years of overall experience in relevant fields
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior-level managerial or CEO role
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of business operations, performance management, and project planning
- Ability to lead teams and manage diverse functions effectively
- Excellent business acumen and communication skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Financial and budgetary oversight capabilities
- Experience in government relations, bidding processes, and public-private partnerships
