The Project Director / Acquisition of Land for Rail Connectivity with Afghanistan from Kohat (Zero Point) to Kharlachi (Km: 1912.00) via Thal – Parachinar, invites applications from qualified candidates to fill the following contract-based vacancies under the Project Pay Scale (PPS) for a period of one (1) year (extendable annually based on performance).

Available Positions

  1. Project Monitoring Officer (PPS-8)

No. of Posts: 1

Qualifications: BSc/BE Civil Engineering (4 years)

Experience:

4 years post-BSc/BE Civil Engineering (PEC registered)

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Project Management/Development Projects

Preference to candidates with MS Project, Primavera, and public sector experience

Age Limit: 30 years

  1. GIS Expert (PPS-7)

No. of Posts: 1

Qualifications: BSc/BS in GIS or Remote Sensing (4 years)

Experience:

3 years post-qualification experience

Strong data processing, spatial analysis, and software (ArcGIS, QGIS) skills

Age Limit: 30 years

  1. AutoCAD Expert (PPS-6)

No. of Posts: 1

Qualifications: DAE (Civil – 3 years)

Experience:

3 years relevant experience with AutoCAD proficiency

Interpretation and drafting of civil engineering drawings

Age Limit: 30 years

  1. Sub-Engineer (PPS-5)

No. of Posts: 1

Qualifications: DAE (Civil – 3 years)

Experience:

3 years field work in land acquisition or infrastructure development

Age Limit: 30 years

  1. Assistant Sub-Engineer (PPS-4)

No. of Posts: 1

Qualifications: DAE (Civil – 3 years)

Experience:

2 years in land acquisition and measurement works

Age Limit: 30 years

Additional Details

Contract Period: 1 year (renewable based on satisfactory performance and project needs)

Posting: Anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement

Salary: As per Finance Division’s PPS pay package

Quota: As per government policy, including age relaxation

Deadline: 25th August 2025 by 1200 HRS
