Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- LLB degree
- 14 years of relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years of Bar enrollment
Job Summary:
The Deputy General Manager – Litigation will:
- Oversee the functions and operations of the Litigation Section
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on litigation matters
- Prepare legal documents
- Protect the company’s interests in lawsuits (filed or defended)
- Ensure all legal proceedings align with SSGC’s strategic objectives
