The National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA), under the Federal Government of Pakistan, invites applications from eligible and experienced Pakistani nationals for various contract-based security positions. This is an excellent opportunity for retired Armed Forces personnel to continue serving the country in a prestigious national security institution.

NACTA is offering positions across multiple ranks for individuals with a proven background in security services, particularly those from the Pakistan Armed Forces. The contract period is initially for two years and is extendable up to eight years based on performance and organizational requirements.

Available Positions and Requirements:

  1. Inspector (Security) – BPS-16
    • No. of Posts: 2
    • Age Limit: Up to 52 years
    • Eligibility: Subedar Major/Subedar or equivalent rank from Armed Forces
  2. Sub-Inspector – BPS-14
    • No. of Posts: 2
    • Age Limit: Up to 50 years
    • Eligibility: Naib Subedar or equivalent rank
  3. Assistant Sub-Inspector – BPS-11
    • No. of Posts: 7
    • Age Limit: Up to 48 years
    • Eligibility: Havaldar/Naik or equivalent rank
  4. Constable (Operator Communication Unit) – BPS-07
    • No. of Posts: 8
    • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
    • Eligibility: Lance Naik/Sepoy or equivalent
  5. Constable (Intelligence Operator) – BPS-07
    • No. of Posts: 8
    • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
    • Eligibility: Lance Naik/Sepoy or equivalent
  6. Constable (Field Cadre) – BPS-07
    • No. of Posts: 20
    • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
    • Eligibility: Lance Naik/Sepoy or equivalent
  7. Commando – BPS-07
    • No. of Posts: 5
    • Age Limit: Up to 45 years
    • Eligibility: SSG course qualified, Lance Naik/Sepoy or equivalent
  8. Lady Constable – BPS-07
    • No. of Posts: 2
    • Age Limit: Up to 40 years
    • Eligibility: Must have performed Lady Searcher duties in Armed Forces or Police

Job Responsibilities:
Selected candidates will be responsible for guarding NACTA headquarters, controlling boundary and entry gates, monitoring vehicles and personnel, handling modern security systems, implementing security SOPs, and performing intelligence and commando duties where required.

Contract Duration:
Initial tenure is 2 years, extendable up to 8 years subject to performance and approval.
