Available Positions:

LUMHS is seeking applications for the following essential positions:

• Associate Professor (BPS-20): We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Ophthalmology department. This position requires a highly skilled individual with a strong academic and professional background in the field, capable of teaching, research, and leadership.
• Assistant Professor (BPS-19): We have multiple openings for Assistant Professors in the following departments:
  • Ophthalmology: This role involves teaching and mentoring medical students, conducting research, and contributing to the academic development of the department.
  • Medical Education: We need a professional to focus on the principles and practices of medical education, helping to design and implement curriculum and teaching methodologies.
  • Oral Medicine: This position is for an expert in oral medicine, responsible for clinical practice, teaching, and research within the relevant department.
• Senior Registrar (BPS-19): We are also seeking Senior Registrars for the following specialties:
  • Ophthalmology: This role involves clinical practice, postgraduate training, and assisting with departmental administration.
  • Anaesthesiology: The Senior Registrar will be responsible for providing anaesthetic services and supervising junior staff under the guidance of senior faculty.

Requirements and Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for these positions, applicants must be qualified professionals with a domicile in Sindh Province. The specific qualifications and experience required for each post will be in accordance with the university’s criteria.

• Mandatory Requirement: A PM&DC Experience Certificate is a mandatory requirement for all relevant positions. Applications without this certificate will not be considered.
• Application Form: Interested candidates must use the prescribed application form, available on the university’s website. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500/- is required for each post.
• No Experience Certificate after Closing: Please note that no experience certificate will be accepted after the closing date for applications.
