Job Description:
SHS is seeking competent and qualified individuals for full-time academic roles. The Nursing Principal will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative affairs of the nursing department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards in education and training.
Lecturer Nursing candidates will be involved in classroom teaching, practical demonstrations, student mentoring, and curriculum development. Both roles require a commitment to excellence in nursing education and a passion for nurturing future healthcare professionals.
Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications:
- For Nursing Principal: Master’s degree in Nursing or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
- For Lecturer Nursing: BSN or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university or institution.
- Applicants must have no third division in their academic career.
- A valid Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) card is mandatory for both positions.
- Preference will be given to candidates with relevant teaching experience and advanced qualifications.
