Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the front desk. Your core duties will include:
- Greeting and Assisting Visitors: Welcoming guests with a warm and polite demeanor, assisting them with their queries, and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Managing the Front Desk: Handling all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers, maintaining a clean and orderly reception area, and ensuring that all office supplies are well-stocked.
- Handling Calls: Answering and screening all incoming phone calls, transferring them to the correct extensions, and taking accurate and detailed messages.
- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative and clerical support to the team as needed.
