Available Positions & Requirements

  1. Program Director (PPS-11)
    • Qualification: BSc in Civil/Environmental Engineering or higher from HEC recognized university.
    • Experience: Minimum 20 years (10 years in similar capacity on donor-funded projects).
  2. Deputy Program Director (PPS-10)
    • Qualification: BSc in Civil/Environmental Engineering or higher.
    • Experience: At least 15 years, with 7 years in a senior role on similar donor-funded projects.
  3. Assistant Program Officer (Technical) (PPS-07)
    • Qualification: BSc in Civil Engineering.
    • Experience: Minimum 5 years in project design & implementation.
  4. Manager (Environment & Social Safeguard) (PPS-09)
    • Qualification: Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences or related field.
    • Experience: 10 years in ESMP and relevant donor-funded projects.
  5. Manager (Finance) (PPS-09)
    • Qualification: MBA/ACCA/CA/ICMA or equivalent.
    • Experience: 10 years in financial management of public sector projects.
  6. Manager (Audit) (PPS-09)
    • Qualification: CA/ACCA/ICMA or equivalent.
    • Experience: Minimum 10 years in audit and compliance.
  7. Manager (GIS) (PPS-09)
    • Qualification: Master’s or Bachelor’s in GIS/Geography/Environmental Sciences.
    • Experience: 10 years in GIS with modern spatial tools.
  8. Manager (Procurement & Contracts) (PPS-09)
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil Engineering/Management/Finance.
    • Experience: 10 years with procurement/contracting in similar projects.
  9. Manager (IT) (PPS-09)
    • Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT/Computer Science.
    • Experience: 10 years in software/hardware/network management.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Degrees must be from HEC recognized institutions.
  • Relevant experience in government/donor-funded/large-scale infrastructure projects is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, project management, and technical skills.

Contract Duration:

  • Initially for one year (renewable annually based on performance and project continuity).
