Government Polytechnic College Ganderbal is hiring Guest Faculty on a temporary basis for the academic session starting November 2025. Passionate and qualified professionals are invited to apply for the following positions:

Electrical Engineering – B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Civil Engineering – B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Computer Engineering – B.E./B.Tech in Computer Engineering
Entrepreneurship & Business Management – MBA

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in the relevant field from a recognized institute.
Teaching or relevant industry experience preferred.
Strong communication and classroom management skills.

Selection Process:
Merit-based, including academic qualification (65 points), PG qualification (5 points), NET/SET (5 points), Ph.D. (5 points), and Interview/Demo class (5 points).

Remuneration:
₹750 per lecture, up to a maximum of ₹20,000 per month.
