Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- Option 1: Bachelor of Engineering degree from an HEC-recognized institute with a minimum of 12 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 3 years in supervisory roles.
- Option 2: F.Sc / 3 years DAE from a recognized institute with a minimum of 20 years of relevant post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in supervisory roles.
Key Expertise & Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to implementing safe work practices.
- Well-site supervision and monitoring during execution of various well phases such as:
- Directional / Horizontal Drilling
- High Pressure / Temperature wells
- Loss control in highly fractured zones
- Stuck pipe and fishing operations
- Drilling with UBD / MPD applications
- Running and cementing liner hangers
- Running completion and conducting DST operations
- Well control and well integrity management
- Proficiency with mud and solids control equipment and performance
Terms of Appointment:
- Primary contract term: One (1) year, extendable by mutual consent.
- The Operation Manager / Company Man position will be rig-based.
- Market-competitive day rate for Operation Manager / Company Man.
- Monthly lump-sum compensation for Drilling Superintendent.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interviews.
- No TA/DA will be admissible.
