Applications are invited for the following research positions under the HEC-approved NRPU project titled:
“Industry 5.0 Use and Innovation for Sustainable Business Growth in the Manufacturing Sector of Pakistan”
Supervised by Prof. Dr. Arfan Shahzad, Principal Investigator, MFKNBS, University of Sargodha.

| 1 | Research Assistant (PhD Scholar) | Enrolled in PhD (Management Sciences/Economics/Social Sciences) at UoS. Must have strong research skills in both qualitative and quantitative methods. Proficiency in SPSS/SmartPLS, academic writing, and referencing required. | 1 | Rs. 80,000/month |
| 2 | Research Assistant (MS/MPhil Scholar) | Enrolled in MS/MPhil (Management/Economics/Social Sciences) at UoS. Must know research methods, good writing and data entry skills, and proficiency in MS Office. | 1 | Rs. 20,000/month |
| 3 | Research Associate | Master’s degree or above in Management/Economics/Social Sciences (HEC-recognized). Strong report writing and data handling skills required. Research project experience preferred. | 2 | Rs. 50,000/month |
