Job Description:
The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring profitability, achieving deposit and revenue targets, and maintaining a high standard of customer service in line with Islamic banking practices. The individual will also lead the branch team and ensure adherence to internal policies and SBP regulations.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Minimum graduation from a recognized local or international institution
- Preferably Islamic Banking certification or Master’s degree
- At least 10 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 5 years in branch banking
- Sound understanding of Islamic banking products, operations, and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Achievement of branch sales targets
- Team training, motivation, and development

2. Credit Operations Officer (OG-II / OG-I) – Islamic Banking

Job Description:
The Credit Operations Officer will manage the back-end credit operations, including processing, documentation, disbursement, and monitoring of Islamic financing portfolios.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduation (preferably Master’s) in Finance, Islamic Banking, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking operations or credit functions
- Strong understanding of credit risk, documentation, and Shariah-compliant products
- Good interpersonal and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Credit documentation and processing
- MIS maintenance, reconciliation, and reporting
