Eligibility Criteria:

For Director Operations:

A strong educational background (typically a Master’s in Management, Public Administration, or related field).
Prior leadership experience in managing operations, administration, or institutional development.
Must be capable of overseeing day-to-day activities, team management, and ensuring the smooth execution of testing services.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government or educational organizations.

For Deputy Director IT:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in IT systems development, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with testing software and database systems will be considered an added advantage.

General Requirements:

Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
