Job Descriptions

Nautical Instructor: Responsible for teaching nautical science, navigation, seamanship, and related subjects. Will conduct classroom lectures and simulator-based training for cadets.
Engineering Instructor: Tasked with training cadets in marine engineering, mechanical systems, and shipboard machinery. The role involves theory as well as hands-on technical training.
Simulator Engineer: Responsible for maintaining, operating, and upgrading maritime simulators to ensure effective practical training of cadets.

Eligibility Criteria

Nautical Instructor: Certificate of Competency (Master Mariner FG) with sailing experience or experience as a Nautical Instructor at any recognized maritime institute.
Engineering Instructor: Certificate of Competency (First Class Engineer) with relevant sailing or teaching experience in marine engineering.
Simulator Engineer: Bachelor’s in Engineering (Marine/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Computer) with at least 5 years of relevant experience in simulator operation and maintenance.
