Available Positions:
- Manager Program Research
- Qualification: Bachelor’s (Hons) in Economics, Business Administration, Management, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: At least 8 years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role in a relevant field. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in public sector organizations.
- Job Role: Lead research initiatives to support program development, manage research projects, and analyze data for strategic planning.
- Specialist Program Operations
- Qualification: Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Economics, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Job Role: Assist in program implementation, monitor program operations, and support quality assurance processes.
- Management Associate – Digital Programs
- Qualification: Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Job Role: Support the development and execution of digital training programs and assist in content creation and data analysis.
- Management Associate – Program Design
- Qualification: Bachelor’s (Hons) in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
- Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Job Role: Assist in the design and planning of new training programs and contribute to proposal development.
Eligibility Criteria:
Applicants must possess a degree from an HEC-recognized/accredited university. Strong communication and analytical skills, along with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment, are essential.
