Job Summary:
Responsible for coordinating activities related to Board and General meetings, including:
- Notifications for meetings
- Attendance tracking
- Record management
- Circulation of meeting minutes
2. Manager – Board Secretariat

Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Fresh CA/ACMA
OR - ACCA / Master’s degree (18 years of education) in Finance, Accounts, or Business Administration from an HEC-recognized university with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Board Secretariat
Job Summary:
Assist in managing activities related to Board and General meetings, including:
- Sending out notifications
- Managing attendance
- Maintaining records
- Distributing minutes of the meetings
