Lords College of Nursing, located near Ashraf Town in Rawalpindi, is actively seeking passionate and qualified individuals to join our distinguished faculty. We’re hiring for both permanent and visiting positions in compliance with Pakistan Nursing Council (PNC) criteria.
Available Positions
We are seeking candidates for the following roles:
- Principal (1 Position): The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader responsible for the overall academic and administrative management of the college. You will oversee curriculum development, faculty and staff management, and ensure compliance with all PNC standards. This is a crucial role for shaping the future of our institution and requires strong leadership and a deep commitment to nursing education.
- Lecturer (6 Positions – Full-Time/Visiting): As a Lecturer, you will play a vital role in educating and mentoring nursing students. You will be responsible for teaching nursing courses, developing instructional materials, conducting student assessments, and providing guidance to students. A strong understanding of nursing theory and practice is essential.
- Lady Health Visitor (1 Position – Full-Time): This role focuses on community health and will involve providing practical health education and care to support the college’s outreach programs. You’ll be a key part of our effort to provide students with hands-on experience in real-world settings.
- Lecturer English (1 Position – Full-Time): You will be responsible for teaching English language and communication skills, preparing students for the academic and professional demands of a career in healthcare.
- Lecturer I.T (1 Position – Full-Time): This position involves teaching essential IT skills relevant to the modern healthcare environment, ensuring students are proficient in using technology for administrative and clinical tasks.
Eligibility Criteria & Requirements
All interested candidates must meet the following criteria and have a valid PNC license where applicable:
- Principal: MSN degree, registered with PNC, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Lecturer (Nursing): BSN or Post-RN qualification, registered with PNC, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Lady Health Visitor: LHV qualification, registered with PNC, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Lecturer English: BS Linguistics or M.A. in English, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Lecturer I.T: BSCS qualification with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
