Position 1: Principal
Responsibilities:
- Lead academic and administrative functions of the college
- Ensure compliance with university and regulatory standards
- Supervise faculty and support staff
- Promote research, innovation, and quality education
- Represent the college in academic forums and external bodies
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Post Graduation & M.Ed. with minimum 55% marks
- Ph.D. in Education or equivalent in Educational Administration or Leadership
- Minimum five years of teaching/administrative experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Position 2: Lecturer
Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures and conduct academic activities
- Assist in curriculum development and student mentoring
- Participate in research and faculty development programs
- Maintain academic records and contribute to institutional growth
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Post Graduation & M.Ed. with minimum 55% marks
- Ph.D. in Education preferred
- Qualified in NET/SLET
