Job Descriptions

HR Officer: The HR Officer will be responsible for managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance with organizational policies. The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective human resource management.
Medical Lab Technician: The Lab Technician will perform diagnostic tests, prepare samples, and maintain laboratory equipment. The role involves assisting doctors and medical staff in diagnosing patient conditions through accurate lab reporting.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

HR Officer:
- Education: MBA (HR) from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional HR experience.
- Skills: Strong organizational, recruitment, and interpersonal skills.
Medical Lab Technician:
- Education: Diploma/Certification in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT).
- Experience: At least 1 year of laboratory experience.
- Skills: Knowledge of lab equipment handling, sample preparation, and medical ethics.
