Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, booking transportation and accommodation, and ensuring clients receive high-quality service. She will also be expected to handle customer service calls, provide travel advice, and ensure smooth coordination with vendors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide travel planning and consultancy services to clients.
Prepare and customize itineraries based on client preferences.
Manage bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel arrangements.
Maintain good relationships with travel partners and vendors.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
Stay updated on current travel trends, deals, and destination requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Female candidates only.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the Tour & Travels industry.
Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Knowledge: Proficiency in travel booking systems, destination knowledge, and vendor management.
