Legislative Advisor

Contract Duration:
- Initial Term: 3 years (extendable as per MP Scale Policy)
Eligibility Criteria & Professional Requirements:
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Foreign or local LLM (Master of Laws) or Barrister-at-Law.
- Preference for qualifications from prestigious national or international universities.
2. Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in law, legislative drafting, legal advisory, or related government roles.
- Prior experience in drafting legal documents, policies, MoUs, and reviewing international agreements.
- Experience working with government departments, ministries, or regulatory authorities will be an advantage.
3. Skills and Capabilities:
- Excellent communication and drafting skills.
- Ability to collaborate with local and international stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and teamwork capabilities.
