Job Description:
As a Civil Instructor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive training to students on various aspects of civil engineering. Your role will involve:
- Developing and delivering effective training modules and lesson plans.
- Conducting practical sessions and hands-on exercises to ensure students gain practical skills.
- Assessing student performance and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Staying updated with the latest industry standards and incorporating them into the curriculum.
- Maintaining a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Assisting students with their projects and providing guidance on career paths.
- Ensuring the training program meets the required standards and prepares students for their professional careers.
Key Requirements & Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: A minimum of F.A. or B.A. qualification is required, in addition to holding a Civil Diploma.
- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience as a trainer in a relevant field or institution. Proven experience in delivering technical training is a must.
- Skills: The candidate must be an excellent trainer with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts. Fluency in spoken English is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
- Attitude: We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching and committed to the success of their students.
