About the Role:

National Bank of Pakistan is seeking motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join its team as Credit Operations Officer (OG-II / OG-I). This role involves supporting the credit disbursement process, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of credit facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end credit disbursement and documentation as per approved terms
Verify disbursement documents including ALMANAC, TAF, and DAC
Coordinate with stakeholders (RM/CAD/Insurance) for timely processing of payments and insurance documentation
Maintain physical and digital records of credit transactions
Ensure reconciliation, balancing, and resolution of all credit-related discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with bank policies and regulatory frameworks
Assist in audit reviews and prepare comprehensive audit documentation
Ensure transparency and efficiency in credit operations
Prepare reports and MIS for management review

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Graduation from an HEC-recognized local or international university
Preference for candidates with Master’s degree or certification in Islamic Banking

Experience:

Minimum 02 years of relevant experience in credit operations

Skills & Knowledge:

Excellent team coordination and communication skills
Knowledge of banking procedures, credit policies, and SBP regulations
Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Experience in maintaining and reconciling financial documents

Employment Type:

Contractual (renewable based on performance and management discretion)
