The National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF), a subsidiary of the State Bank of Pakistan, is seeking the services of a highly skilled and creative E-Learning Expert to contribute to its Financial Literacy for Pakistan (FLIP) program. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals passionate about digital learning, instructional design, and innovative training methods.

Job Role

The E-Learning Expert will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing e-learning content for financial literacy programs. The role includes creating interactive digital modules, improving user experience, and utilizing advanced learning management systems (LMS) to deliver engaging content. The selected candidate will collaborate with the NIBAF team to produce impactful training materials and ensure smooth online learning delivery.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in e-learning design and content creation.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency with Moodle LMS.
    • Experience with UI/UX design for online learning.
    • Ability to create interactive content using Genially, LevelUp!, H5P, etc.
    • Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and integration with LMS.
  • Other Skills: Strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to work under deadlines.

Duration

The position is based at NIBAF’s headquarters in Islamabad. The project assignment will be for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance and project requirements.
