A well-established hospital in Srinagar is seeking a qualified and experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee and manage daily operations, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and lead administrative functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, staff coordination, budgeting, and maintaining high standards of patient care and hospital efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage hospital operations and administrative departments
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and standards
- Supervise staff and coordinate interdepartmental activities
- Oversee budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation
- Implement policies to improve patient services and operational efficiency
- Liaise with external agencies and stakeholders
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a Postgraduate in Hospital Administration
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital administration
- Experience must be from a reputed hospital in Jammu & Kashmir or outside
