About PSPA:

The Punjab Social Protection Authority is an autonomous body under the Government of Punjab. It is leading the implementation of the Punjab Socio-Economic Registry (PSER) project and is seeking dynamic, experienced, and motivated professionals to lead this initiative as Project Director on a contract basis.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years of education) in:
    • Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, Social Policy, Demographic Studies, Development Studies, Data Science, Computer Science/Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Additional professional certifications in Data Science, Project Management, or related disciplines will be considered an advantage.

Experience:

  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in operational management of large-scale projects, preferably in the social sector.
  • At least 5 years of experience in senior project management roles.
  • Proven experience leading complex projects with multi-stakeholder involvement.
  • Experience collaborating with government and international development organizations is highly desirable.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Command over Project Management Tools and IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Knowledge of socio-economic development issues and data-driven policymaking.
